Description
The napkins machine consists of three units:
Unwinder
For reels of diameter up to 1500 mm.
The unwinder is composed by a steel frame contains:
1. A column reel carrier, which can support reels to a maximum diameter of 1500mm and width of 400mm.
2. An unwinding belt device with pneumatic pressure on the reel. The unwinding speed can be changed to +/- 5 % compared to the speed of the head to get the right paper tension adjustment. This adjustment is achieved through conical pulleys. The unwinding tape moves through a transmission belt connected to the embossing station.
3. An electronic guide system, used for the automatic centering of paper.
Embossing station
1. The structure of the embossing station is made of two sides connected by solid spacing bars.
2. The standard embossing station comes with a pair of steel rollers and paper of 250mm diameter for all-over embossing.3. The movement of the group is provided by an asynchronous engine, equipped with an encoder in order to provide fine control of speed and accurate tension variation of the paper.
4. Neutral rollers for passage paper.
5. Photocell control for breaking paper.
Head fold napkins
The basic plate of the head fold of the napkins machine is composed by a solid structure where are assembled the following groups:
1. Longitudinal fold group with adjustable right – left – up – down setting and reclining of folding triangle. With these adjustments it is possible to obtain a perfect centering of the paper for the first phase of folding.
2. Neutral rollers for passage paper.
3. Driving rollers for paper.
4. Head fold for napkins. Our head fold is able to produce napkins of a size which spans from 180x180 mm to 400x400 mm with maximum speed of 500 mt/1’. The size of fold can be changed by head replacing.
5. Band saw with automatic sharpener system.
6. fold is powered by an asynchronous encoder-equipped engine.
Electric plant
For an optimum control a CNC control machine has been installed, where the operator can change machine parameters.
